Operations Suite
Infrastructure and facilities: We have a professional office set-up with efficient staff both in office and on the field. We have proper communication and transport facility system for serving our clients to the best level. We depute supervisors for each unit to take care of daily requirement of labor.

Payroll: The wages we pay will be equal to or more than the wages prescribed under the applicable state’s Minimum wages rules & other statutory payment concerned with bonus, Leave with wages, weekly and N&F holidays are also paid.

National Security Schemes / Statutory compliance: We have our own establishment code for the employees Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance. We deduct the employees contribution and collect the employer contribution from the Client Organization and remit the same on due dates. We submit returns regularly and settle the PF and Pension claim for our employees who leave the services.

Insurance Coverage: We cover the employees of the organizations who are not under the purview of the ESIC Act under a suitable policy so that the financial liability arising out of Workmen compensation Act will not affect the employer/Contractor.

Contract Management: We have engaged Labour Law/HR Consultant as Retainer, who is always available for us to guide and tackle any issue related to Labour under or any new enactments.
